Borrowdale Bash - Lake District

Service Description

The Borrowdale Bash is a Lake District classic ride that circles Derwentwater from Keswick into the Borrowdale Valley and back. On a clear day, this ride offers stunning views of Borrowdale, Derwentwater and beyond. The ride uses a mix of techy rocks, fast gravel paths and a few road sections. Once in the Borrowdale Valley there are plenty of options for ice cream, snacks and drinks. Who's this ride for? This ride would be best suited for riders with good experience and skill on rocky technical terrain. That's not to say you can't walk any sections you're unsure of. A good level of fitness is required Distance (approximate) - 21 miles Elevation gain (approximate) - 3200ft
