This chainring is specifically designed for riders who want to use a Hope crankset on the latest Pivot Phoenix DH bike (model year 2024/25). The new Phoenix features a unique slave drive system, which incorporates a primary drive chainring to accommodate its high-pivot suspension design. 
To support this setup, Hope has developed a primary chainring tailored to the Phoenix's drive system. This allows you to either transfer your existing Hope cranks to your new bike or choose a Hope crankset if you're looking to upgrade. 
 
In order to run your existing or new Hope Cranks on your Pivot you will need the following parts: 
A Hope 73mm Crankset 
Hope’s new ‘Pivot Phoenix (DH) bike Primary Chainring
A Hope PF41 92 BB bearing kit
 
The Chainring only comes in 27t and the colour black.
